Today I wanted to do a total upper body workout that was about an hour long but was getting tired of PUB and CTX Upper Body. So I did Mesocycle 2 Disc 22 Chest/Shoulder/Triceps and Disc 24 Back/Biceps and omitted the pushup (including tricep pushups) and chin up sections. These are the shortest of all the Meso 2 workouts and the ones that contain the drop sets. I felt like I got a very thorough upper body workout in about an hour! So just wanted to share!
