STS "total upper body"...."Premix"

Today I wanted to do a total upper body workout that was about an hour long but was getting tired of PUB and CTX Upper Body. So I did Mesocycle 2 Disc 22 Chest/Shoulder/Triceps and Disc 24 Back/Biceps and omitted the pushup (including tricep pushups) and chin up sections. These are the shortest of all the Meso 2 workouts and the ones that contain the drop sets. I felt like I got a very thorough upper body workout in about an hour! So just wanted to share!

Good tip! The only purely sculpting Cathe workouts I have is STS, so when I rotation that Im doing wants me to do only upper body, Im going to have to keep that in mind.
 
Look for 1-hour UB workouts

Thanks for the tip. I was just getting on to search for threads about 1-hour total upper body workouts and saw this.

When I want to incorporate more cardio, a 3-day weight split is too time consuming. I want to be able to do all my upper body work in one day.

Thanks for the hint.
