Sts total body to hard

For a bigginer/ intermediate lifter? I was looking for a tb weight wo. I read more reviews after i ordered yesterday and i am thinking i may have bit off more then i can chew!

I have slow heavy, mm, me, hr, i also have gym style and find tbe legs is killer. I have push pul and supersets. I love burn sets in xtrain. I just wanted a tb like push pull but a little harder. From what im reading e ven advanced weight lifters have a hard time with it?
If i use moderate weights at first is it doable?
 
Yes, definitely. If you can do Burn Sets, you can do STS Total Body Workout (IMO). Like you say, start with less weight than Cathe uses and build up. I really like this workout. For heavy weights, I mainly use STS Total Body, Muscle Max, 4DS UB premix, and Burn Sets. Did you look at the clip? It might help you decide. Good luck!
 
You can do the 1RM for STS Total Body and then you'll have a customized workout! Look for the workout card to print out in the Workout Manager. It is well worth it to do the 1RM!!!;)

The LB premix I just did last week, and it went fast. I had a hard time catching my breathe. I got major DOMS from it. We are talking I couldn't walk normally. I just did the UB portion and it wasn't to bad at all. But it's all about your weight selection. I went super heavy for legs and lighter for UB.

You can do this workout. I would recommend doing it with moderate weights the first time through to get a feel for it. Adust from there and do the 1RM later if you're ready to push yourself to the max. You can always, always, always go ligther. This is a fun, fast-paced workout. Play with the weights and don't be intimidated by the write-up. Make the workout work for you.

I did see tne clips it looked fun and straight forward.. I liked that.. But i ordered, and i was excited about it and,THEN read reviews, lol the advanced lifters was saying it was so hard there arms was shaking. Well that scared me..!!! I was thinking i may should send it back but thanks to all,your replys,
I cant wait to try anyway. !
 
Of course you can do STS TB Renee! I echo what everyone else says :).

Just a heads-up, I find the tricep work a little "light", so I usually add a few reps/sets of kickbacks.
