STS question

Not Cathe, but it can be for everyone. We are all lifting are own amount that is 65% of are 1rm in first cycle. For some that may be a 3lb db for others 15lb. If you are new you will need a mirror to make sure you have good form, but Cathe is very good at explaining how an exercise is done.

I think it would be for intermediate or advanced exercisers. Sure, you use your own selection of weights that work for you, but beginners would be overwhelmed by the amount of exercises and the time put in, IMO.

If you are a beginner, it would be something to look forward to being able to do in the future.
 
My DH is a beginner believe it or not and he LOVED the first workout yeterday! Meso 1, Day 1, Disc 1! He just used lower weight then me in certain parts and he did great. We "guessed" on his weight since he didn't do the 1RM's and he got a great workout. I'd say it is for all levels.
