STS question for Cathe

Cathe,
I know you are very busy right now, but I am hoping you will have time to answer my question.

I plan to start STS next month, but after the first 2 weeks of Mesocycle 1, I will be on vacation for a week. Should I just wait and start when I get back or would that be alright to miss an entire week and then pick up on the 3rd week when I am home again?

I would love to know the answer to that myself! We are going to Disney in the middle of Meso #1 and I don't know if I should wait to start either!

Gin, I recall a very similar question being asked before. I know Cathe's extremely busy this week (getting STS to us!) so maybe you'd be able to find that thread before she can get back to you.
