STS ..NFL Filming ?

Are the STS's going to be filmed by NFL Filming Crew? I love the production quality of the 4-Day Splits! Also, how are you going to pick so much music and what will the set be like? Best of luck with everything STS!...Peggy

I agree with Peggy -- I think the production quality of 4-Day Split is fantastic. It is so clear I feel I am in the room with you and the crew.

The new workouts and the NFL touch sure makes the old ones well old. I did Boot Camp and Cardio and Weights the other day (not on the same day but Monday and Tuesday) and there were parts that are just problem areas that we don't see anymore. Plus the new workouts are so bright and colorful.

I wish it would be economically worth it to go back and remaster those old workouts and put them on new dvd's. Ok now that is asking for too much. But it is Cathe!
