STS NEW YEARS CHALLENGERS. week of March 27th!

Hi all!

Sorry I've been MIA. Way too much going on. DD didn't get a concussion, but has Trauma Induced Migraines, which we think are finally subsiding with super duty pain killers. My aunt stayed at the house while I was out of town, but in the meantime her husband went to the doctor with flu-like symptoms and was imediately taken to the hospital for his heart rate fluttering. And my mom failed a stress test, and had to have the dye test to check for blockages. Finally had a glass of wine tonight. Did get in a little bit of hiking and running. Not nearly enough, but way better than nothing.

Be back tomorrow with a clearer state of mind. Hope you all are doing ok.
 
Evening all. Plyo legs disc 32 done! Only 4 more discs to go and I will be done with STS!!!

Sherry- (((HUGS)))) Hope you get a good night sleep tonight.

Kiki- I love your idea and am thinking about testing it out for you. Only problem is I am going away in two weeks, so that would be going to meso 2 two weeks after 3. Still thinking about it though. Wonder what Cathe would think about it?

Wendy- you are right about cutting myself some slack for not keeping up with the set calendar. I just am p-oed that I have two weeks left and I lagged behind this week, lol.

Autumn- hormones stink! If I have to come back in another life, I am coming back as a man!!

LaDonna- you didn't like tri-sets? I loved them. That was my favorite part of Meso 2. Plyo legs is great, but I find myself missing the tri-sets.

Today was S90 Cardio Challenge followed by stability ball abs from PUB. Should have done these in reverse order! :eek::eek::eek: My shoulders are fried now and my backside is on fiy-ah from Disc 14! ;)

Hi Everyone!

Today was Disc 24, so my recovery week officially begins next week. Yea! Tomorrow is Intensity Double HIIT and Medicine Ball Abs.

Autumn - I have 2 kids. My son is 13 and taller than me, and I'm 5'9". He's a 7th grader. My daughter is 6 and a first grader.

Sherry - Wow, you have a lot going on right now. You and your family are in my prayers.

Kristin - I like tri-sets too. I actually do Squat Rack Legs for Meso 3. I use a weighted vest though.

Kikster - Actually all our wheat goes into the combine to the grain cart and then into our semi to be hauled into town. I never see it. I like to bake also. I mostly make fudge and cookies. Maybe not part of the STS diet. ;-)

Have a great weekend everyone! DD's first soccer game is tomorrow.

Done with D15, C&W step only and 100 reps for the lower abs. Time for a shower, food and getting on with my day!

Headed out for a girl's night later with my BFF! Looking forward to it. Dinner and drinks! WOOT WOOT! Should be fun! :D

Hi all! Yesterday was such a beautiful day out, it felt like spring! I had to get the equipment for my tee-ball team. Then I took my sons and nephew to the field to "practice." It should be interesting to try to get 10 five year olds to listen, lol. Today I am going to my parents' for dinner, and do some more practice with my sons and nephew. My team's first practice is supposed to be on Monday, but it looks like I will have to cancel because of the rain.

Last night I did CCC. I was sweating buckets at the end. I wanted to do a real cardio challenge after doing 3 straight days of STS. It felt good. Not sure what I will be doing today, some kind of cardio for sure.

Wendy- Hope you enjoyed your night last night!

LaDonna- I am thinking of getting the squat rack legs and just using a weighted vest. plyo legs is just not my favorite.

I have been having issues with my laptop, but I am hoping to be back later to report my workout.

Morning.

Had fun last night but stayed up late and got up early so a nap will be a definite order today.

I have some nice DOMS in my biceps from D15 but none in my back. Oh well. Can't win em all!;)

Today's plan is Booty Barre (lower body and abs) + cardio. I have an INTENSITY premix "penciled in" but IDK if I'm gonna be up for that today. :eek:Maybe have to adjust a bit...LOL

Other then that I've got food shopping, another visit to the park with my son (went y'day but couldn't stay long), some laundry and another new dinner recipe to cook. Cleaned yesterday so that's out of the way. :)
