OMG!!!!!! I did Disc 26 for the first time last night for Week 3 Day 2 of the 3 Month Transformation Rotation and was really fighting for the last reps of EVERYTHING!!! Thank goodness I had some experience with Cathe's Hiit workouts or I would have caved!!!! That was one tough workout! I feel so awesome today! Thanks Cathe!
