No they don't. There is a separate leg-squat rack DVD that one can use if you prefer more traditional weighted lower body work for Meso 3. I don't have a squat rack and I was able to do all the lower body moves in Mesos 1 and 2 with my barbell and dumbbells (and the infamous paper plates!) Plyo legs is only used for Meso 3 and alternates short sets of traditional weighted moves (squats, lunges, etc.) with 30 seconds of jumping moves, like squat thrusts and turning power squats. The squat rack DVD is more of the same kind of lower body work you see in Mesos 1 and 2, no plyo moves.
