STS is SHIPPING

YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I hear you on the DOMS, Therese! I did the majority of my 1RM tests yesterday, and I have not been this sore in a long, long time!!!!

I am going out of town on Thursday (oh, the timing!) but can't WAIT to start STS as soon as I get back!!!!!!!!!!

I was freaking out a bit at school today when all the staff was talking about a snow storm hitting our area tomorrow! That UPS man better come here thru a BLIZZARD!!!! lol
