Hi everyone,
I'm sure this has been asked before, but is it possible to buy just one STS disc? For example, I would really like to purchase the plyo legs disc but I haven't seen a place to do so. Thanks in advance for your replies!

i haven't looked but I bet the download versions can be purchased that way. maybe someone can confirm. i have the whole DVD set (and love it!)

We sell by the Mesocycle (12 DVDs), but not individual DVDs.
