i've done meso 1 and meso 2 as a full body workout. For meso one i counted how many exercises were on each workout and did half of them on each disc ( i don't remember the number of exercises on each disc) So i would do the first half of each workout one day and then the second half of the exercises a few days later if i wanted to do a full body workout 2 times per week. It takes just over an hour and I feel like it was a great workout. For meso 2 i chose 1 exercise per muscle group and lifted as heavy as possible. This took about 40-45 min and then i would do some cardio intervals for about 15 min after. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
