STS full body

Has anyone put together a rotation using STS as a full body? I would be interested in doing full body workout using STS in an hour or less. Am I asking too much? :eek::)
 
I recall seeing a rotation where people did 20 min from disk 1, 2, and 3 - I think they did the first 20 min? I don't remember the specifics but hopefully someone will post it. It was ~ the same time when I saw the rotations for mixing up meso 1, 2, and 3. Something like doing week 1 of meso 1 followed by week 1 of meso 3, and then a week of meso 2...again, I don't recall the specifics...I think Chris came up with this rotation.

Yea, so I guess I am not all that helpful. Hopefully someone else will be more helpful! :eek:
 
i've done meso 1 and meso 2 as a full body workout. For meso one i counted how many exercises were on each workout and did half of them on each disc ( i don't remember the number of exercises on each disc) So i would do the first half of each workout one day and then the second half of the exercises a few days later if i wanted to do a full body workout 2 times per week. It takes just over an hour and I feel like it was a great workout. For meso 2 i chose 1 exercise per muscle group and lifted as heavy as possible. This took about 40-45 min and then i would do some cardio intervals for about 15 min after. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
