STS Full Body Workout - Rep Range?

I know you said the rep ranges for the STS full body workout will be similar to those of Meso 1 and 2. For those of us who didn't get the STS series, approximately what range will that be?

I'd really love to know what rep range we are looking at for this dvd. I've missed the presale at this point but I'd like to know what the rep range is before I buy it.

STS Total Body rep range

You do two sets for each exercise. You do 16 reps for the first round and 12 reps for the second round.
