Looks like a fabulous workout, weights and cardio all in one. Love the tri-sets approach, shakes things up a little and keeps the pace moving right along.
The "whoos" seemed just fine to me, barely noticed them!

any suggestions for carpet? plates do not slide on carpet. but love the move.
