STS Compared to Muscle Max

Not Cathe, but I think these workouts are designed to be a kind of 3 day split, as I understand it. Muscle Max is more of a single total body LIGHT WEIGHT circuit-style workout that, in my opinion, functions okay as a timesaving routine rather than an intensive, focused weight training (split) routine. A traditional 3-day split would be more like the other three weights workouts in the Hardcore series:

Gym Style Legs
Gym Style Chest & Triceps
Gym Style Back Shoulders Biceps

STS will also be a 3-day split BUT on a much higher level. Still 3 heavy weights workouts per week, each working a different set of muscles. But each time you do, say, your legs, the exercises will be slightly different than last time so your muscles don't end up doing what they did before and are, thus, SHOCKED (Hence, SHOCK Training System). A lot different and more intense than Muscle Max but a whole lot more beneficial.
