STS CHECK IN DISC 31

I had a forced rest week last week, (vertigo) and decided to do the next 2 weeks at the gym at work, not sure I have enough wt at home, my bench is not real sturdy for heavy lifting. I'm so proud of myself I bench pressed 95 lbs today! woo hoo! A personal best for me. I was afraid to try this at home because my bench isn't too sturdy!
 
Disk 31 Chest and back

Just finished this workout. I certainly need to invest in a weight rack. My spotter is at work so I had to do this alone. I could have gone heavier with the bench presses, but don't know how I could have gotten the bar up to begin. :confused: So, I went as heavy as possible and did what another postee did. (2 chairs along the bench.) A bit scary, but it did the trick for a temporary solution. Oh my word! The horizontal rows about did me in. The back work is really kicking in with the heavier weight. Hope everyone had success with this one. :)
 
Whoa! Feeling the 90%!!!! I think I have now felt every single muscle in my back!
Overall, chest was harder, barely squeaked out the 6th rep; back seemed a smidgen easier, not much though. But my back is already sore & I'm feeling muscles that I had never felt before. I'm happy that I was able to do 6 reps on all exercises! :)
 
I'm so proud....

I just finished disc 31 I'm so exited, I don't have a bench or spotter, so I was having some trouble getting that bar over, but some how I did pretty good, for bench press I did 64# I wish I did have some help to get up to 70# but I did good, for flays I did 25 # and for the last two sets I forgot that I had the weight glows so I did 2 set with 27# that is pretty impressed because I remember before STS the heavy I was getting was 15#, so I'm strong or what? just kidding :) and for the one arm row I did 35# and for the one arm row horizontal 29# I'm so happy :) Almost the end of this journey and I think I will do it all over again.
Thanks Cathe for such a good work you did. I did break a good sweat my self , my heart rate was up,up,up. I was proud of my self.....
