STS CHECK IN DISC 29

Not Feelin' It

I'm really wishing I had a squat rack. I am just not feeling DOMs with the plyo legs at all and am doing over the recommended 70% 1RM weight :(

Should I supplement with other leg exercises?

love it, it made me feel sick

It is hard for me to find activities that really push me and this did it. A couple of times I had waves of sick stomach. But I love it. I know I am working. I am so glad home fitness has raised the bar. Cathe is much better than any of the trainers I have worked out with. ;0) I have lost another pound this week. 9 more to go!!!!!!
 
A Plyo Legs Question

Does anyone else consider the Plyo Legs in STS to be circuit workouts?

I do, but want the input of others.

I am actually in meso 1. I have added this on Sat. for additional drills. However, I moved legs meso 1 in the middle of the week, so that I would not overwork my legs. Yes, I think this is a circuit. I love it for additional add on.
 
STS is So Versatile!

I love Plyo Legs and my heartrate stays up there. It is so hard I think I am going to wilt, but somehow I am able to give it my all.

I really like the versatility of STS - Love the October rotation Cathe posted.

I had no idea of how versatile STS would be! I used it once following all the mesos as advised, but I am finding so many more uses for the program.
