Hello All!! 
Friday's workout was a 30 minute ride on my spin bike, Start It Up by Debbie Siebers & 50 walking lunges. Saturdays was Pump Revolution that am & Get Ripped to the Core by Jari Love that afternoon. Sunday's was Low Impact Challenge, a 40 minute bike ride(outside), & Cardio Core Express by DS. I forgot how hard LIC is, those drills at the end almost killed me!!
I also did some yard work, washed the car, etc.. since it was so nice outside.
Wendy: I will get a BB acount so I can check out those deals, thanks for the tip!!
Katie: Glad you enjoyed hot yoga, I agree with Wendy, I don't think I could handle it!!
So another Xtrain workout & you loved it. I am so glad I can "experience" Xtrain through you & Wendy!!
P.S. I finally figured out how to make all those little faces, so I made sure to use them all!!
