Today was CTX Power Circuit Got a good workout, my still slightly sore (from GS) legs handled it pretty well, I wasn't sure they would
Wendy - I love S&G cardio, great job on that and the BB biceps Sorry you didn't sleep well, but sounds like you made the best of it - love to get something done that you would have had to do in the a.m. anyway. Sounds like you got a lot done today as well, way to go! I have used the weighted gloves with KB before, I didn't with CTX KB though, didn't think of it - I'll have to add that next time
Katie - You deserve a recovery week (at least) with all the hard workouts you've been doing! I love Kickboxing too, it's my favorite cardio as well, funny though I really try to love KPC, but I struggle with that one! Meant to tell you too, bummer you don't like the Ryka Transpires, they really work for my feet, that arch support feels good for me. Hope you find some that work better for you!
Wiggie - Your workout sounds interesting - need elbow and knee pads... How do you like the Tapout workouts overall? Keep meaning to ask you what you think of the Sass Yourself Slim book/plan? Have you tried it - overall I really like it as a way to eat most of the time, I did come to realize though that I don't think it provided enough (protein? iron? something) to fuel any hard workouts, I was too tired it seemed like. So I've been tweaking it a bit and feel much better.
