Guess everyone is having a busy weekend!
On Friday I did Insanity: Plyometric Cardio Circuit.
Y'day was High Reps: Upper Body Only + MMA: Boxing and then went out country dancing last night! I am soooo sore this morning!
Not sure what's on tap for today. Thinking cardio and yoga sounds good!
