STS and dreaming

Does anyone else have Cathe living inside their head? I woke up in the middle of r.e.m. sleep to Cathe’s voice “halfway up, halfway up, down, now all the way up….you didn’t step out of that early didya!?” lol. (I bet you're a great mom Cathe!)

I’m also counting the weirdest things in 15 count intervals like how long I am waiting in the grocery store line, or counting swipes of the sponge, and this morning I was counting the slices of zucchini while I was cutting them!

I had a Cathe Road Trip dream despite the fact I've never been to an RT.

Yes I have and do have weird dreams starring Cathe. The weirdest one was when she invited me over to her house for a girl chat. We talked about the dumbest things! We drank bottled water and ate apple slices on her couch. WEIRD!

Yes I had a dream about Cathe. We were doing walking lunges (this was just after the plyo legs disc) and she kept saying "Keep going!" and I kept saying "What?!" I thought it would never end and then I woke up. I wondered if my legs got the benefit of all that like visualization techniques.

I had a Road Trip dream the other day too. I can't really remember it, but I think there was something about going to Cathe's house!
