Is it okay to also do cardio on days we do STS? I'm currently following the Cardio Rotations for STS which is three days a week. However, on days that I'm doing just the STS workout I am not burning enough calories to reach my calorie burn for the day. I find if I don't do cardio I just don't burn calories. I certainly don't want to overdo it either. I'm doing the 6-month version of STS. Thanks for any input.
