Still plugging along on a modified version of the Feb '10 rotation. So did Hitt 40/20 plus Kick Max Blast Challenge. DH has been working out with me most days lately so that is keeping me motivated. He is often the one to talk me into too it when I'm feeling lazy. Today dd joined us for the Kick Max part as well.
So the washer repairman came at 8 this morning and said the washer wasn't worth fixing
I kind of figured that as it was cheap and it seemed like the motor. Wish we hadn't bother moving it from the old house. So spent the morning on the internet reading consumers reviews and stuff.
Then took dd mini-golfing, it was so hot! It was 35C with a humidex of 45C It sounds like we're all getting this heat (except Jo??) I don't know how you stand this Rachael? This is something we only have a few days a year, and that's enough! It really zaps your energy!
DS went golfing this morning (9holes) but the minigolf was enough for dd and I. This afternoon I dropped the kids off at MIL's house to swim in her backyard pool and I went shopping for washing machines.
What a fun vacation! Okay I also dropped off a load of laundry, she did it and even folded it
Yesterday dd and I went shopping for her birthday present, she wanted a chair for her room and we got a chaise lounger. It's beautiful! It's on order though and won't be in for 3 weeks. Afterwards we went out for lunch, a very girlie afternoon! Then yesterday evening was Legs & Glutes.
Rachael The stage collapsing was really something! So glad there were no serious injuries! That's out closer to Patricia. DH had been to Leonard Skynard (a Texas band) recently.
Patrica Oh those Kindles are addictive!! Maybe if he gets an iPad he'll get addicted to that instead.
Jo What a crazy life you have going right now!! That lunch sounds like it was a very sweet goodbye! Do you think you will keep it touch with some of your coworkers??
Cendrine We mostly cook over a open fire but sometimes use the Coleman stove, depending what we are cooking. I actually bought a little 2 cup coffeemaker that I plug in to make coffee ( if you have an electrical site), it's just so much easier in the morning and the coffee is better that on the campstove percolator.
