STS 2.0 rotation

I feel like this was mentioned somewhere before, but can you let us know where we'll be able to find the "official" STS 2.0 rotation? Is there going to be a link provided with the paperwork that comes with the DVDs? Thanks. Got my shipping notification so I expect the DVDs to arrive soon!

I have a feeling that the official rotation for the month of June might involve STS 2.0!

Hey Kelly,

The User Guide will be posted later this week - it'll most likely have a variety of rotations. And as ashaw notes, maybe June's rotation will feature STS2.0. Cathe said it won't be posted until they have the streaming app updated to include STS2.0. HTH

Edit: checked the posting - expected to be posted Tuesday or Wednesday!

I saw it but it didn't really tell me much other than that there'll be 1, 2, and 3-month rotations. I was excited to see there will be a specific rotation with XTrain, too, though. I'll just keep waiting. For the time being all this week I'm just going to do her Active Recovery, Mobility, and Yoga workouts as I bide my time waiting for the rotation.
