Stretch max

Has anyone tried this dvd? I'm considering whether or not to buy it and thought you guys might be able to help me make up my mind. So what do you all think? :)

I have it and really enjoy it. It's three stretching segments; one with no equipment; one with a stability ball and one using an exercise band. I particularly like the latter two segments as they facilitate increased range of motion due to the use of the equipment. I recommend it.

I like Cathe's stretches at the end of her workouts, as well as other stretch workouts I have, better than SM. I tried the first two segments, and decided I didn't like it, so I got rid of it.

I like it because I am in need of more flexibility. Moreso, on days that I know I need to take a rest, especially when I'm using a tough rotation, I can use SM and feel like I am still "doing something." I am terrible at Yoga and so-so at Pilates, so SM is good for me.

Thank you everyone. Just one more question. Would tubing have to much resistance for stretching? I presume it would.

I just got stretch max off of a video fitness trade and I love it. If you really want a workout that provides flexibility training and relaxation but have decided that yoga and pilates are not for you...this athletic stretch approach may be just right. And to answer your question, for the band segment i substituted light resistence tubing and it worked fine...also, a woven yoga strap works just as well. I love how easily you can modify most of cathe's workouts!
