stretch max or total body stretching

I plan on doing the November rotation as soon as I get my workouts.

The rotaton calls for stretch max. For those of you who have stretch max and total body stretching which do you like the best?

All opinions please, good bad. I am leaning more toward stretch max because one segment uses a stability ball and one bands.

I would love opinions,

I have both and I'd have to say I like Total Body Stretching a little bit better than Stretch Max. I actually bought Stretch Max because I thought I would like the band work but that turned out to be my least favorite of all. I was quite surprised when I didn't FEEL stretched using the band.

TBS has 3 workouts also; the 1st one doesn't require any equipment but you will need a stability ball for the other two. Whenever I want to do a stretch workout I always find myself reaching for this DVD, and the 2nd stretch is my favorite of the 3. This one leaves me feeling thoroughly stretched and relaxed.

Of course response 1 is BUY BOTH! If not possible I am a StretchMax fan! I love the variety of the 3 segments and do really get a good stretch w/ the band... With the band if you arent feeling the stretch you simply grip it so theres more tension... The ball stretch, always unique and on days I am someplace without equipment # 1 is perfect!

I bought Total Body Stretching first and really like it. I think segment #2 is my fav from this DVD. All 3 are good for additional stretching and you can't go wrong.

I then bought Stretch Max and like it as well. I think segment #1 is my favorite from this DVD. I like Stretch Max bcuz each segment is a little longer in length than TBS. I had trouble doing segment #3 at first and didn't find it too relaxing at all. I was so frustrated!!! But once I got use to the band, I really like it. It helps me get a deeper stretch (especially in my hamstrings and glute).

I don't prefer one over the other. I just alternate them weekly. Either one you buy, will be a good purchase!!
