Stress Eating Check-In

Hi, this is my first time replying to a checkin. I too am a stress/boredom/habit eater. I will pull the packet of biscuits out of the cupboard after dinner whether I am hungry or not. I am trying this week to keep up my exercise routine. That usually goes out the window too when I am not eating cleanly (which is now because of PMS). However I have been very good today and it is now 4.30 p.m. so as long as I am good after dinner all will go well today. I began doing to the January 06 rotation on Wednesday so I can work off the pounds before Christmas and hopefully be in clean eating and exercise mode when Christmas arrives so that I don't indulge too much and have to do the rotation again. By the way has anyone done that rotation and did they have any success with it?

Will be checking in here again if no-one minds.

I Am Who God Says I Am (I'm doing a Beth Moore bible study and that is one of our 5 statement pledges)!!!

I am alive & healthy and "able" to workout to Cathe. That in itself is awesome.

I brought Kashi cereal for breakfast, tomato soup and triscuits for lunch and an apple for a midday snack today....planning on Body Max 2 for my workout this evening - all because this thread was started -you guys gave me the boost I so desperately needed!!

P.S. In hopes that somebody doesn't bring in something really good to eat and "force" }( me to try it:7
