strength vs cardio

Some days I just do not feel like doing cardio and in the past I've learned that if I force myself to do it, I'll be less likely to want to do it in the following days. I was wondering if doing strength videos - like both PS arms tapes - can match the calorie burning off a 40 min cardio tape? I know something is better than nothing when it comes to exercising, but I just wanted to know this.

Also - is the stretching in the videos enough if I do the videos about 3-4 times a week, or do I need to do more stretching than that? Thank you
 
The PS tapes are NOT considered a cardio workout and they do not match the calorie burning of a 40 min cardio tape. But by building muscle you are increasing your metabolism which will burn calories.

As for stretching if you feel you need to do more by all means do it. But the stretching in the videos should be sufficient.

Just my opinions.
