Strength Training workouts?

I have a rotation I want to get started on but need help with finding the best strength training workouts to fit my plan. I have some total body workouts but also want to include some upper/lower body splits for a little more intensity. My problem is I have 45 minutes at the most in the morning for my workouts so I need to pack alot into that time. These are the Cathe DVDs that I have but am open to suggestions for future purchases for an effective rotation:
KPC & LG
Imax2 & CW
BC & ME
Pyramids
Power Hour, MIS, Body Max (I love Power Hour!)
CTX
Timesaver - but prefer separate strength and cardio
3 new pre-orders (coming soon, I hope)
Lots of other Firm, Kathy Smith....

Does anyone have any suggestions to get a thorough strength workout in 45 minutes? I was also wondering about Push/Pull but seems like alot of equipment changes but at 4:15 in the morning I like to keep things as simple as possible.

The pyramids are divided into upper and lower body, so that should work for you. If you're pressed for time, try the up-the-pyramid only premix.
 
Slow and Heavy are good workouts too. You could choose just one body part to make it a shorter workout. For example, I think biceps is only 24 minutes long.

I love the PS series. And S&H! But my first choice would be the PS series, particularly Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Lots of variety plus it's strength, not endurance driven.

Been doing Cathe for years now, and I always go back to the PS series as my "base".

I would suggest the PP/SS DVD. These are "easier" than your typical Cathe workout but do clock in at @ 45 min. The stability ball does make the workout more intense but you can use a step with it. Also you can up the weight to make it harder. (More bang for your buck that way)

Whenever I have extra time, the premixes are great. I enjoy them very much.

Thanks Kim. I'll be ordering PP/SS this week. Do you (or anyone) know how to find the premixes for the Intensity and Blast workouts? I have been able to find some of the intensity premixes but not all or any of the blast ones.
