Firstly, thank you for producing such motivating and fun videos. Thanks to your videos this is the first time in my life that I have committed and actually stuck to a fitness program for any length of time!
My primary goal at the moment is to lose weight (about 40 pounds), and wanted to know what sort of weight training I should be following to help me achieve my goal. Should I be going for light weight and higher reps or slow and heavy.
I currently use MIS in my rotation, and have preordered Power Hour. Are these good choices for my objective?
My thighs and butt are my major problem area. Which video would be most effective for sliming them down - PS SLA or CTX LL. Aimee very kindly told me her experience using the 2 over in the video discussion forum, and I appreciate that diet and genetics play a role.
Another question - I don't currently follow a rotation in the strictest sense eg. do MIS or something else for a 6 week rotation. What I do is make sure that I do cardio & strength on Mon, Wed, Fri; and do only cardio Tues, Thurs, Sat. I vary the cardio and strength from workout to workout. Would it be more beneficial for me to stick one set of workouts for a 6 week period?
Sorry to be so long winded.
Have a great day
Thanks again
Sandra
