This morning was my lower body weights. I got ok sleep last night but was really struggling with the workout. Weight that felt good last week felt like it weighed about a 1000 pounds this morning.

Cheryl Wow that’s a fast race, but I bet it feels longer than that! Great job on LM&R2 Upper body. I hope you enjoyed your manicure.

Last night the game went into double overtime so we didn’t get home until 12:30 and I was beat! At least we won, but it was a long and stressful game! I slept terrible after that but did do Body weight and bands with the calorie crush. Now I have a dentist appointment, lunch with some friends, and then we are heading to the beach for a couple of nights. Have a great day!

Julie Great job on your lower body weights. I have days like that too when the weight I usually use just feels so much heavier.

Pam We watched the game last night and I figured you would be pretty stressed out especially with it going to double overtime. Good work on Body Weight and Band with the Calorie Crush. Enjoy your time at the beach.

This morning was LM&R2 Low Impact Cardio. Now I need to get a few things done around here before I go and meet up with a friend this afternoon.
