Strength in Numbers

Julie Don't worry about not posting. We all have days like that. Good job on your upper body weights. Enjoy your weekend and the warmer weather.

This morning I did LMRE2 Total Body. It was a good workout but it has the su/pu combo at the end. At least there was only 4 rounds of it if I counted correctly :p. Now I need to get ready to take the car to the tire place and then walk home and then help our neighbour walk a couple of dogs that she is dog sitting today. One of them is Zoey so I will probably look after her. Then I need to get my dinner prepped before I need to walk back to the tire place and then go to the SPCA.
