Just finished cardio leg blast!! Whew! But the round Cathe called a "gift" was the hardest for me. Those straddle jumps are killer in my opinion :-o. But I got a great workout!
I think Cardio Leg Blast is my favorite in XTrain. I have done that workout more than any of the other XTrain workouts. Of course, I am enjoying all of XTrain!
Love this workout! I agree, it's my fave from Xtrain too. I adore straddle jumps too. I often add extra or repeat that section just to feel the loooooove some more!
I find the first three cycles the hardest, but once I get beyond that point, it's party central!
Anytime I am able to utilize my step during cardio w/o's, I'm a happy camper . Straddle jumps are amongst some of my favorite moves! They get easier the more you do them (but definitely not easy!).
Thanks for all the feedback. Actually that's why I posted--it's always interesting to hear that some moves that some find easy, i find really difficult and vice versa.
But I'm keeping my step at 3 risers and hopefully they will get easier. In addition to the cardio challenge I think straddles and side jumps on the step are also good to help with coordination

I am so with you on this! Every time she says that they are a gift, I'm like "for realz?" The second set is easier, but that first set I'm usually dying, then you do the deadlifts and get a bit of a rest, which makes the next set a bit easier.
I, too love that workout, but for me it is by far the hardest. Harder than Tabatacise, but in a different way.
I just did this one this morning and LOVED it. I did premix #1 and felt great so before my stretch, I added on the premix with just the cardio blasts only. I loved it. I love all the premixes in XTRAIN. I makes it great to create your own workout.
