A new mish-mosh using I-Max 3 as a cardio base adding in barbell squats, plie squats and lunges for a true circuit nosebleeder:

A-Jock's HC Nosebleed Circuit:

I-Max 1, Rhythmic Step OR I-Max 3 warm-up;

I-Max 3 MixNMatch feature:
Blast 6 (8” step)(Wide lunges off long step); PAUSE: 32 barbell squats
Blast 4 (floor)(Bounding jumps + tucks); PAUSE: 16 BB lunges per leg
Blast 9 (8” step)(Power 7’s); PAUSE: 32 barbell plie squats
Blast 10(floor)(Wide jumps on step etc.); PAUSE: 16 BB lunges per leg
Blast 7 (6” / LOW step)(Multi-level jacks); PAUSE; 32 barbell squats
Blast 5 (floor)(Plie jacks +criss-cross rec.); PAUSE: 16 bb lunges ea.

THEN:

Boot Camp cardio only premix

Now how perfect is that? I was going to do a LB workout tonight, plus 5 intervals of Imax 3 and then abs. Let's see if I can do this one....}( }(

I have bootcamp on VHS:-( hmmm....
 
I was going to do 5 intervals of imax plus leaner legs today, but I think I'll try this instead. Sounds painful!!!! Wish me luck!

Okay, I HAVE to try this. But I have a problem. I don't have Bootcamp. What can I substitute with? I can't WAIT for the KM/MM mish mosh!

Hi, Scm and All Hail Limecat!

SCM, I use a 52.5 lb barbell, but it took me awhile to work up to that weight load, especially shoulder and back strength. Use a weight load that's heavy enough to fire up the legs but light enough so that you can hike it safely over your shoulders 10-12 times in one workout.

Limecat, you can substitute either the Body Max Power Circuit segment, or the CTX Power Circuit circuit segment for Boot Camp.

Hi, Bobbikins! For supine triceps extensions with dumbbells and triceps kickbacks, the DBs are by now 23.5-lb each; for barbell skullcrushers 50-lb barbell; and for weighted triceps dips 47.5-lb barbell across hips.

The mish-mosh that brings in the Kick Max Boot Camp Challenge is going to be tricky logistically. Give me time -

Shelley Belly, did you catch that? That's TWENTY THREE POINT FIVE POUND for TRICEPS! Dumbbells! :eek: If I get adventurous and reach for ten's, I have to make sure someone's around to help me get my arms back in their sockets. :7

Oh my...I did this last night, minus the bootcamp, but tacked on triceps and abs (I was shooting for bi's too but I was wiped out). It was tough, but it was fun. The whole thing went by really fast too. I'm a terrible counter for myself though 23, 23, 27, 28 :p

How long are the pauses? 3 milliseconds each?

Oh, and I don't mean to be critical, but you misspelled "before" (not "B4").

Hi, Maggie - the running time should be about 50-55 minutes, depending on which warm-up you use. The I-max Original warm-up is the longest at 13 minutes.

Oh Bobbi, I saw it. I don't believe it, but I saw it! The woman must have the triceps of a - well, I don't know what! 23.5 lbs. HAY-ZEUS!!! Hey, at least I have a goal to shoot for;)

So, A-Jock, you're telling me I'm gonna do all those Imax 3 blasts interspersed with barbells lunges and squats, and then I'm gonna do the Body Max power circuit with MORE barbell lunge and squats?

Will you come help me pick my quads up off the floor after I'm done and they explode outta my legs?
 
The worst is when your eyes shoot out of your head. Do you know how hard it is to find your eyes when your eyes are not in your head? You get disoriented very quickly so even if you search in the direction in you were facing when they popped out of your head. If they bounce off a wall or roll under furniture your whole stinking day can be ruined. And talk about red eyes! There ain't enough Visine in the world to get that kind of red out!

I admire your courage to aspire to such heights. You've got moxie! 'Twas soon after learning thses things I came to terms with my weenie status. ;) It's a tough job, but someone has to do it!
