still on the fence

Oh, duh!
Thanks NancyAZ. I didn't think to look at the post date. Then it would make sense.

LOL, I didn't notice that either. Looks like type2 you bet has revived this thread a couple of times.

Laura, I think you can get SNM to combine your two accounts so you just have one username. I could definitely see where that would have freaked you out!

Laura, this reminds me of something that happened back in 1989:

I was at a small mall in the Minneapolis Uptown area on a Saturday morning, bought a local paper to get the movie listings and turned first to my favorite column, Ann Landers. The second letter in, chastising Ann for a response to a previous letter-writer, looked very familiar, and I wondered if Ann was recycling old columns. Then, I looked at the "signature" of the letter and it said, "Annette in Minneapolis". It was mine! I'd belted it off about three months previously and then completely forgotten about it!

DOO-DO-DOO-DO DOO-DO-DOO-DO (cue up Twilight Zone theme . . .)

Jodijodi, it gets better:

Fast-forward to May 1996, DH and I got home and caught the end credits of an "Oprah" episode, in which they asked for anyone who had had a letter published in the Ann Landers column to call an 800-#, describe their story and they might be on the Oprah show dedicated to Ann Landers. I called immediately, described my story (including the fact that I went batsh*t right there in the mall when I realized Ann had printed MY LETTER), and they flew me out the following Wednesday (along with several others across the country) to be on the show! (An homage to Ann for her 40th anniversary in the advice biz.) I still have the videotape of the episode!

What a fun story A-Jock

I did it!

So I was thinking to myself, you know, I work tons of overtime, and one of the few things I get to look forward to (besides the hubbie of course) is working out. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that working out with Cathe has kept me sane. Soo....I hopped off the fence and ordered STS today! Henh, that new legwork preview on YouTube didn't hurt either :)

Even if someone doesnt want to use it as periodization training - the sheer number of discs with such variety is making it the deal of the century (imho);) Variety, fantastic "per disc" price, Cathe & the crew we know & luv + the new hunks! What more can a girl ask for????? Happy Holidays to US!!! :D
