Still haven't received my package :(

I was supposed to get my package on Thursday and as of right now, I still haven't gotten it. According to the package tracking, UPS *says* they delivered to my front porch on Thursday afternoon, but it was not so. Up until now, I've never had a problem with UPS delivery from anyone, at any time. SNM is on the case, but it looks like a dead end as far as UPS is concerned. So, basically, it's up to SNM at this point.

Has this happened to anyone else who ordered from SNM? If so, how was your issue resolved?

I have had that happen this summer with something I bought, I checked it online and said it was delivered. I would call UPS and have them look into it also, they delivered my package to someone else. but I was lucky and got it the next day. It is a pain to do all this but I would call UPS sounds like they are the ones who messed up.

I just fired a shot over the bow of UPS with a withering e-mail to customer service. I know this isn't SNM's problem, but UPS referred me back to them. Not knowing what else to do, I contacted SNM. I'm very pleased with SNM's quick and professional response, so all is not lost!

I'm still waiting too. I orderd the first day of the presale. Hopefully tomorrow.

Yup...ordered in July of '06 and still havn't recieved mine either...says my package is still in Horsham PA. Whatever. I don't have the heart to complain to Cathe, ask her for anything at this point poor thing needs to breath. deb

I would have to say that this is a UPS problem, NOT SNM!

I'd call UPS as others mentioned.

Many times they will contact the driver who may remember if they put it behind a pot, chair, etc.

If there was no signature, then there is really no proof it was left and they may have to replace it.

The last time UPS delivered a package to me they made it SOOOO inconvenient for me and were so unprofessional about everything. Why is there not a better option?
