Hi there,
I know Cathe may not be able to answer, but if anyone can help, that would be great.
I am fairly new to Cathe, but not to exercise. I have considered myself to be uncoordinated, but am determined to be able to follow all the step workouts.
I have noticed in most of the step ones I have tried when Cathe says a basic left or right she is referring to the left or right for us not her or the other ladies in the workout. Could someone verify if this is true, because I am losing my mind trying to figure out which side, or which leg I should use if I am following them.
