Hi everyone, when the new DVD's came out I wasn't at all tempted because I am not a fan of step areobics. However after reading that latest post about how tough it as and it's comparisson to BC I went back to read the info on it. Now I'm really tempted. It doesn't sound like the cardio cycles are typical step areobic type.I guess my question is would someone who does not like step like this DVD? Thanks Sue

I would definitely not consider the cardio cycles to be step aerobics. You use the top platform of the high step, plus one or two risers. The moves are power 15s, power lunges, and other basic power moves. They are much more up and down based than typical step side-to-side based. I hope I've explained this right. It won't strain your brain trying to figure out the moves.

It can be used with the high step, fanny lifter, small home step, or club step (turned sideways).

So, in other words... Go for it! You'll be sweatin' up a storm!

I just love spending other people's money...
