Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a beginner step tapes for me by Cathe? Are they all advanced I have two left feet. Should I even bother? Thanks Cindy;-)

Hi Cindy:
Step Heat or Step Max are the most beginner I have. They may seem daunting at first but by previewing before attempting you get an idea of what lies ahead. These tapes start out pretty basic and build from there. The beauty is that you have the luxury of time to get the choreography down and once you do, you can really dig in by adding power to the moves. Another great thing is that some later tapes include chunks of older choreography with less breakdown so if you are familiar with them, some of the newer ones are easier to master.
I don't have anything older than the two I mentioned, maybe they are more beginner oriented.
Sounds to me like her new DVDs will be just the ticket for you, that is if you are willing to wait.;)

Hope this helps,
Take Care
Laurie

Cindy~I would suggest both the Wedding tape and MegaStepBlast. Those were the two I started with and I caught on fairly fast. I also fell in love with them as someone who never liked step before. Then...GET READY, because you will want every tape Cathe makes. Have fun and WELCOME! Nice to "see" a new face here.

Also...

The Wedding tape has a whole hour of muscle conditioning which would be a good starter tape for someone new to weights. (The step section is 52 minutes long.) Sooo, you get a double bonus with this tape!
