I got my dvd yesterday and had to view this! I can't WAIT to try this dvd. The step section looks soooo much fun. I think I'm going to start off with just the step section first. The hi/lo even looked fun, and I'm not a hi/lo kind of person at all!!!

I LOVE this workout! I can be in the worst of moods, and after I do this I feel so good! I love the music and it is fun to do, as well as a heck of a workout! I have all of Cathe's workouts and I think this is my favorite moodlifter!

It makes me happy, too! I believe part of it is the music that is played. It's all happy music! It goes really fast too. Almost too fast cause I don't want it to be over.

I just did this workout for the first time yesterday and all I can say is - WOW! It was a lot of fun, but it will take me some time to get all the routines down. Makes me want to get more step workouts now.
 
HI Kim!

I just ordered SB/SPJ today and am so excited! I'm really looking forward to adding a little hi/lo to my workouts as I've been doing mainly stepping. I just did KPC this morning and am already feeling some muscle soreness in brand new areas! I never knew the benefits of muscle confusion/crosstraining before until I read it here and now I see (and feel!) how much sense it makes!

A big woo hoo to you for all your awesome work, and I can't wait to hear how you like SPJ!
 
Hi Kim. I have yet to do KPC all the way through. My hat is off ot you. I'm still in the premix mode!! lol
