Step modifications

Hi Cathe -

I have never tried any of your workouts before so this will probably seem like a very silly question. I'm 16, have tried so many videos and none really work for me in terms of intensity, duration or motivation. I saw some of your clips and I would really love to have your workouts. The problem is... I don't have a step. I live in a pretty small place and don't have the room for one. I think everything else in your workouts I can manage. I have a small, very durable plastic step that is perfect for the high step. The resistance is no problem and I can look into a stability ball. I was just wondering if you think it's acceptable to do your cardio workouts on the floor? I'm pretty good at modifying. :) High impact and choreography aren't problems for me. I hope you don't find my question too crazy. ;)

I was going to edit but couldn't. ;) Just wanted to add that I do know that the intensity will, of course, drop some but I'm pretty much looking for advanced in terms of floor aerobics, so that's no problem for me. Just wanted to know what you think. :)
