Hi Cathe -
I have never tried any of your workouts before so this will probably seem like a very silly question. I'm 16, have tried so many videos and none really work for me in terms of intensity, duration or motivation. I saw some of your clips and I would really love to have your workouts. The problem is... I don't have a step. I live in a pretty small place and don't have the room for one. I think everything else in your workouts I can manage. I have a small, very durable plastic step that is perfect for the high step. The resistance is no problem and I can look into a stability ball. I was just wondering if you think it's acceptable to do your cardio workouts on the floor? I'm pretty good at modifying. High impact and choreography aren't problems for me. I hope you don't find my question too crazy.
