Step Mishaps!

I just want to add that I also don't do step because I find it extremely painful to my knees. Imagine someone jamming a needle into your knee every time you step up. Ouch!! Not for me.

My step mishap -- this has happened more than once...

My cat used to hide under my step, between the stacks of risers. He was safe as long as he didn't move... but if he was unfortunate to stick out his head, tail or foot, it would get stepped on. Now I always check my step for cats and shut the door to my exercise room when working out.

Don't get me started on the barbell mishaps...
