Even though I would buy your intro to step should you decide to make it (it sounds like you would keep our hearts in the training range so it would be okay to use when you didn't want to challenge your brain so much and still get a good workout). But I'd prefer you make the following four tapes:
Push/Pull Weights (like you suggested... sounds great)
Stylized Step (like you suggested... we love your step)
Step Kickbox (would LOVE to see you do one of these... if you didn't want to do an entire step kicbox, you could do 1/2 the tape with regular floor kickbox and half with step kickbox.
20/20/20: warm-up 5 minutes, 15 minutes high low, 15 minutes kickbox, 15 minutes step, and 10 minute cool-down and stretch
