Thanks for the reply, Donna. When Cathe sits on the step for some exercises, and especially for the triceps dips, I thought mine was too low -- it's 9", but you cleared that up nicely for me!
How often do you do MSI, and do you alternate it with other tapes? I'm interested in weight training only. I'm thinking of getting Power Hour as I think that has more reps and that's what I'm looking for, but maybe I'm wrong. Thanks again.
