Step DVDs

I have the small version of "The Step" (not the High Step, although I have that too) that I bought last year and it came with a 30 min. Cathe dvd. My question is - if I want to buy some cardio dvds (I currently have only Cathe weight-training dvds), could I get by with the small step for now until I can afford to purchase a full size one?

Thanks, Mary

Yes you can. I used my Firm Transfirmer step for a while until I got a club Step. It actually made the workout a little easier because the step was shorter in length. That's not bad when you are just starting out. Good luck and enjoy!

Mary,

I started with the smaller step and Cathe's 30-minute Basic Step DVD that came with it. I used the smaller step for a long time on all my step workouts.

Then a few months ago, I invested in the club-size step and love it. It sure makes the "over the step" horizontal move a lot harder!

Have a great day,
Dawn

I used a small step for a long time before I found a cheap club step. I sometimes miss my small step because I don't have much room but the club step is so nice for V steps and other moves that utilize the length of it.

Anything is better then nothing.

I used my small step for quite a while before I bought the club step. Just make sure you don't fall off of it! I bought the club step because I thought it would help me not fall off of the small step so much.
