Starving!!

A while ago, I dropped my workouts from six days to five. A couple of weeks ago I increased them back up to six days a week to prepare for XTrain. I noticed when I dropped one day a week that my hunger decreased immediately. Now that I have increased my workout days to six, I've noticed that I am starving all the time again :mad:

Anybody else experience these changes in hunger levels?
 
Yes, me too. Increase your calories. A few years back, I got Vertigo because of a cold and not enough calories while working out.
 
It happens to me when I switch exercise styles, but the hunger levels off after a few weeks. I agree with JT, increase your calories with healthy whole food.;) When I began Body Beast, my body demanded more fuel for muscle repair.
 
My hunger has currently increased too. I started STS so I'm attributing it to that. I remember last time I started it I was super hungry too. I'm breastfeeding too which makes me soooo hungry. I feel like I'm always eating.
 
I have experienced that myself.

My favorite solution is just adding more protein or coconut oil. I like whey protein shakes.
 
Yes! It has always been that way for me. I keep up my appetite by working out. If I decrease my workouts, or take a vacation from them, my appetite drops and I lose weight.
