Hi, Cathe, please I need help.My babe born two months ago,and I want to lose weigth 15 pounds and I do have 3 dvds:
1-Boot camp+muscle endurance, 2-4day split and 3- butts and guts.
I did Boot camp day 1,3,5, cardio day 2,4,6 (for cardio I run 3 miles) , How I can mix or please help me with schedule.
After I lose the 15 pounds I will buy STS. Thank you for your help.
