Cathe is 5' 2" and uses a 55 cm stability ball. The stability ball you will need will depend on your height.

Thank you for your response, infact it seem it measure between 55 an 65 cm. I have both size, so is ok.

Cathe is 5' 2" ?? Sounds very silly but she looks so much taller on TV!!
