I was doing PUB last night, which I love I got through the weights and was doing the stability ball core work, but when I got to the knee roll ins and pike jack knives, my shoulders were shaking and too tired to do it all without taking breaks. These are my favorite core moves on the ball, so I want to be able to do them all, but my shoulders were too fatigued from the weight work to do them well. Would it be ok to do the core work at the beginning or would my shoulders be too tired to do as much weight then? Any other suggestions? TIA!
