Are these good workouts? Are they cardio and muscle endurance workouts?
Oh yay! So glad to hear that Cathletes are into the Squeeze workouts. I was wondering about it today. I am always a bit iffy about any dancey workouts. (often because I nearly always end up doing supplementary back and shoulder work after).
I have Bar Method - Fat Free which I just love, TurboBarre which I also enjoy although it has given me some tailbone issues so I am taking a break now and I do pilates fairly regularly.
Just curious if you thought I might like this one too then. Also, how tough is the lower body one?

I just got Squeeze Stronger and plan on trying it Sunday. The clip I viewed makes the workout look a bit 'artsy' with all the flashing from the color shots to black and white shots. I hope I don't get annoyed with it.
I swear, I have become addicted to barre workouts! I recently got the two new ones from Pure Barre and they are some of the toughest barre workouts I've tried. Love them!
I bought the package deal which included the two DVDs, a special band (which is only used in one of the workouts), socks, and a year-long access to the downloads of both workouts on their website.
Reviews of their earlier workouts complained that they weren't long enough or the production quality wasn't that good. These two are both 60 min long, are total body workouts, and the quality is excellent. I though the ab focused one was tough and then I tried the seat focused one. Holy moly, my legs were shaking so much I thought I was going to collapse in a heap on the floor! If you're tempted, I would say you wouldn't regret the purchase.
Tried Squeeze Stronger today...definitely money well spent! Love the pretzel/clam combo and the ab work. I will be checking out the rest of her DVDs during Mary's sale this weekend.![]()
